I have two news for you. I'll start from this bad one. :
I have found that in Iberia Airlines livery landing lights do not show up correct on main fuselage.
Now it's time for good news. :)
You can download fixed file, which is available here.
Downloaded file you will have to paste (and overwrite existing one) into this location:
Your_FSX_main_folder\SimObjects\Airplanes\PMDG 737-900NGX WL\Texture.iberia.
You can also simply uninstall existing livery via "PMDG Livery Manager" and re-download fixed livery from "Download section".
